Surveys/Polls *
Would you like to know what your customers think of your products? How they feel about your service? Or even what their favorite color is? You can ask them with your own customer surveys or polls.

Ask a Question
An easy to use question form allows your site visitors to ask you a question. All they have to do is fill in their email, name (optional), and their question. You can then review these questions and can answer individually or simply add them to your FAQ (see Information Features for more about the FAQ) list.

Customer Login
Restrict access to selected sections of your site with a login/password. You choose what is available to all site visitors and what is available only to your customers.

Web Messages
Create messages specifically for individual customers. When a customer logs in (the Customer Login is required), they will see the message(s) that you left for them. Please note, this is not meant to be an email system - it provides a quick easy way for you to post message(s) for your customers.

Customer "to-do" List
Maintain "to-do" items for each of your customers. The customer can not only view each of the items, but they can add their own comments and indicate when the item was completed.
