It contains interactive features that will allow you to communicate with your clients, instantly update your listings, and maintain a virtual library of documents. An easy to use Administration Page comes standard with the Realtor Package. This allows you, or your staff, to quickly update your web site without the delay or expense of a web developer. Optional Features (at no extra cost) available with the Realtor Package: Property Listings - Display your own listings. The layout and specific information displayed are customizable, so it will look just the way you want. Virtual Tour Support - Add Virtual Tours to any property listings you wish. They are a great way to showcase a property through detailed photographs. * Document Library - Set up a virtual library of electronic documents for your clients. Recommended Vendors - Maintain your own list, including web sites and phone numbers, of trusted vendors and other organizations such as local government and utilities. Password Protected 'Clients Only' Section - A special section reserved for your clients only. You choose which features are only available to your clients (for example, you may want to only allow your clients to see your 'Recommended Vendors' list). Services included with the Residential Property Photo Shoot: Establishing Shots of the neighborhood Exterior Shots Interior Shots (every room plus highlighted features) Two (2) ultra wide angle shots Photo Post-Processing Web Virtual Tour CD Ready version of the Virtual Tour Memory Lane CD - for the outgoing property owners.

* Creation and maintenance of individual virtual tours is not included in the Realtor package price. You may create your own virtual tours or purchase them with the "Virtual Tour Photo Shoot" package.
